Cottonwood Baptist Church is located in Cottonwood Texas. The Church was established in 1881 and moved to its present location in 1916. The members at Cottonwod Baptist still worship in a traditional style and maintain the original look that many have enjoyed for many years.

Mission Statement

At Cottonwood Baptist,

Our ultimate purpose is to encourage individuals to establish a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and then help them grow as true followers (disciples) of Jesus Christ.  They in turn can then introduce another person to Jesus Christ and help them grow to maturity in their faith.  Thus our mission statement -

God is our passion, and people are our mission.

Denny mACKEY - pASTOR

Denny has been Pastor for Cottonwood Baptist since 2001. He also serves as the Chaplain for the Crandall Texas Fire and Police Departments. And he is an On Call Chaplain for the Presbyterian Hospital in Kaufman
